摘  要:合成了一种具有联萘结构的环氧树脂(BEBN)。通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱以及元素分析对其结构进行了表征。以双酚A型环氧树脂(E-51)作为参照,采用二氨基二苯基甲烷为固化剂,通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了BEBN,E-51的固化反应性;采用DSC,热重分析对固化物的热学性能进行测试,比较了固化物的力学性能、热性能以及吸水率:探讨了BEBN的结构与性能之间的关系。结果表明,同E-51相比,BEBN的固化反应平缓;BEBN同化物的玻璃化转变温度升高29℃,吸水率降低0.31%,热失重5%和50%的温度分别升高15℃和13℃。A novel epoxy resin containing binaphthalene unit (BEBN) was synthesized. The molecular structure of the resin was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometry, hydrogen spectrum of nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR) and elemental analysis. The curing reactivity of the BEBN cured by 4,4'-diamin-odiphenylmethane was studied by means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) with bisphenol A epoxy resin (E-51) as reference. The thermal properties of the cured resultant were tested with DSC and thermo-gravimetry. The mechanical properties, thermal properties and water absorption of the cured resins were compared. The relationship between the properties and molecular structure of the cured resin was explored. The result show that BEBN's curing reaction is mild compared with E-51. BEBN's glass transition temperature and water absorption is 29℃ higher and 0.31% lower than E-51, respectively. The temperature of weight loss by 5% and by 50% of BEBN is 15℃ and 13℃ higher than E-51, respectively.
