关于城镇建设智能化的思考

摘　　要：当前,城镇的智能化正成为国家信息化建设工作的一个亮点。大城市的周边城镇由于具备实现智能化的诸多有利因素,它的智能化发展方向尤其值得人们关注。本文主要从城镇的基础设施、商贸楼宇、居民住宅小区以及工业企业等方面,给出了具体实现智能化的理论依据,同时结合杭州市三墩镇的实际情况,给出了该镇实现智能化建设的概念性设计方案。对于现代化城镇的智能化建设和规划,有一定的现实指导意义。Currently, the intelligentizing of towns construction is becoming a bright point on the construction of information in China. The towns near the central city should be especially concerned about its intelligence, because it has many advantages. With aspects of its basic establishment, business building, residential area and industry enterprise, this paper presents how to realize intelligence of a town theoretically. While in consideration of the reality of Sandun Hangzhou, a conceptive design scheme is also given here. This paper has a directive meaning to those engaging in intelligence construction and layout of modern towns.
