摘 要:为适应AMT(机械式自动变速器)车辆动力传动系统综合控制的需要,提出AMT电控系统与发动机电控系统通过CAN总线来实现AMT起步、换档过程综合控制的构想。本文概述了CAN总线协议及其特点;在分析AMT和发动机电控系统共用信息的基础上,定义TCU(变速器控制单元)与ECU(发动机控制单元)的通信信息,根据功能的不同将其划分为指令信息和共享信息;并提出基于CAN总线的AMT起步、换档过程综合控制策略。通过试验证实了控制策略的有效性。To meet the demand of the integrated control for drive line of vehicle equipped with AMT (Automated Mechanical Transmission),an integrated control concept in the start and shift processes for AMT through the serial communication between TCU (Transmission Control Unit) and ECU (Engine Control Unit) was put forward,which was realized by means of CAN (Controller Area Network) bus.In the paper,the communication protocol and characteristics of CAN bus were summarized;by analyzing the common information of TCU and ECU,the communication information between them were defined,which were divided into instructive information and shared information according to their different functions;and an integrated control strategy in the start and shift process for AMT based on CAN bus was also put forward.The proposed integrated control strategy is proven to be practicable through the start and shift tests of an AMT prototype car.
