摘　　要：中小企业因其特性在经济社会中占据了重要的一隅,成为国民经济发展中新的增长点,然而资本短缺却成为它茁壮成长的瓶颈问题。本文讨论了中小企业间接和直接融资难的状况,着重从外部融资机制的创新角度提出了政策建议。With their own characteristics, small- and medium-sized enterprises take an important place in the economic society. They have become a new aspect of increase in the development of national economy. However, the shortage of capital has become a serious problem which limits their vital growth. The present paper discusses the difficult situation of direct and indirect approaches to capital raising in these enterprises, and puts forward some policy suggestions based on some new innovative viewpoints in line with the external capital raising system.
