摘 要:利用图论法提出了航空传动系统产品概念设计阶段的功能分析及评价模型,用图论中的树和林分别表达设计对象的工作状态和空闲状态,使概念设计阶段的零件间的关系及约束更加清晰,可以同时考虑不同约束并行地对方案进行功能分析。本方法使设计人员可以提出并检测多种结构方案,给出传动系统能量流动分析,有效确定产品概念设计方案中结构可靠性、尺寸、可维护性等。This paper explores the approach to analyzing the function that involves reliability, size, complexity and other functional perspectives at the conceptual design stage of an aeronautical transmission system. We use graph theory to represent a product and define the relationships between its components and employs the tree and the forest to represent the operational state and idle state respectively. So the relationships and constraints between components are more clear. It can be used to concurrently analyze the function taking into consideration various constraints. The designer candesign a series of structures and examine the energy flow in a structure to confirm the reliability, size, complexity of the concept design efficiently.
