通心络胶囊治疗喘息型支气管炎急性加重期伴呼吸衰竭的临床观察

摘　　要：　目的　观察通心络胶囊治疗喘息型支气管炎急性加重期伴呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法　将 60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组, 均给予西医常规治疗, 治疗组加服通心络胶囊, 比较两组疗效及血气分析、血液流变学指标的差异。结果　治疗组患者的上述各观察指标与对照组比较差别均有显著性意义 (P<0 .05)。结论　在西医常规治疗基础上加用通心络胶囊治疗喘息型支气管炎急性加重期伴呼吸衰竭具有一定优势。Objective To evaluate the traditional Chinese medicine-Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of the acute exacerbation term of bronchitis with respiratory failure.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:the treatment group and the control group.The control group adopted the routine treatment of western medicine.Based on the former,the treatment Group took orally Tongxinluo capsule.The therapeutic efficacy,blood gas analysis,hemorheology of the two groups were compared.Results In the treatment Group,the therapeutic efficacy,blood gas analysis,and hemorheology were superior to that in the control group,there was significant statistic difference between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical therapeutic effectiveness of the routine treatment of western medicine with Tongxinluo capsule has advantage in the treatment of the acute exacerbation term of bronchitis with respiratory failure.
