摘　　要：小水电及农村初级电气化建设社会评价,属于后评价阶段的社会评价。建立了小水电及农村初级电气化建设社会综合评价模型和评价指标体系,分析确定了各指标的评分值和权重系数,用综合评价值来判断社会效果。评价结果表明,小水电及农村电气化建设的社会效益很好,值得推广。The social evaluation of small hydropower and rural primary electrification construction belongs to the past evaluating stage of social evaluation. This paper sets up the social comprehensive evaluating model and evaluating index system of small hydropower and rural primary electrification construction, analyzes and determines the point value and weight coefficient of the indexes, judges social effect by using comprehensive evaluating value. Results shown that the construction of small hydropower and rural primary electrification has good social benefits and deserves to popularization
