摘　　要：终身教育比继续教育有着更丰富的内涵,高校图书馆员应树立终身教育的意识。论述了高校图书馆员进行终身教育的重要性,从激励机制、考核机制、用人制度等方面提出了促进高校图书馆员终身教育的方法和措施。Life-long education have more abundant connotation than continue educating, university's librarians should building up the consciousness of life-long education. This paper discusses the importance of conducting the life-long education for university's librarians, puts forward the methods and measures for promoting the life-long education of librarians from aspects of excitation mechanism, check mechanism, talents employing mechanism, etc.
