紫外线照射充氧自血回输对脑梗死患者Th1/Th2细胞因子的影响

摘  要:目的 探讨紫外线照射充氧自血回输(UBIO)治疗对脑梗死患者Th1/ Th2细胞因子的影响。方法 采用EL ISA法检测脑梗死患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)培养上清液及血清中IFN-γ、IL - 4水平。结果 在PBMC培养上清液中,UBIO组治疗后IFN- γ水平为(177.2±11.9) ng/ L,与UBIO组治疗前的(191.1±19.9) ng/L、对照组(190 .8±2 5 .3) ng/ L和正常组的(198.5±16 .7) ng/ L相比较有显著性差异(P<0 .0 5 )。IL - 4水平UBIo组治疗前为(5 7.1±19.6 ) ng/ L、治疗后(5 4 .9±18.8) ng/ L 及对照组(5 9.4±2 1.4 ) ng/ L 均低于正常组(82 .8±30 .7) ng/ L (P<0 .0 5 )。血清中IL - 4水平UBIO组治疗后为(4.86±2 .31) ng/ L ,高于正常组(3.32±2 .0 9) ng/ L (P<0 .0 5 )。其余各组间无显著性差异(P>0 .0 5 )。结论 脑梗死患者Th1 / Th2 平衡倾向于Th1 ,UBIo治疗可下调Th1 细胞活性,使Th1 / Th2 趋于平衡。Objective To observe the effect of ultraviolet blood irradiation and oxygenation(UBIO) on Th1/Th2 cytokines in ce rebral infarction(CI) patients.Methods Interferon - gamma (IFN-γ) and i nterleukin-4(IL-4) levels were detected in both the serum and the supernatan ts o f cell cultures of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from CI patients b y ELISA.Results In the UBIO treatment groups,IFN-γ l evel was detected from (1 91.1±19.9)ng/L pretreatment to (177.2±11.9)ng/L post-treatment,while the control groups was (190.8±25.3)ng/L and the normal groups was (198.5±16.7 )n g/L in the supernatants of cell cultures of PBMC;IL-4 level of the normal gro ups was (82.8±30.7)ng/L,it was significantly higher than that in pretr eatment,post-treatment and control grou ps(P<0.05).In the UBIO groups,serum IL-4 le vel post-treatment was significantly higher than that in the normal gr oups(P<0.05).There was no significant differenc e among other groups( P>0.05).Conclusions T he Th1/Th2 cell ba lance reduces to Th1 cell in CI patients.UBIO treatment may decrease the secre tion of Th_1 cytokines and renew the Th_1/Th_2 cell balance.
