摘 要:目的:用气相色谱-质谱法对海狗油多不饱和脂肪酸进行成分分析。方法:以精制海狗油为原料,采用毛细管色谱柱进行分离,用归一化法计算含量。色谱条件:HP—INNOWAX毛细管柱(25 m×O.320 mm,0.25μm),柱温条件:起始温度150℃(1 min)15℃·min^(-1)→200℃ 2℃·min^(-1)→250℃(5 min);分流进样,分流比10:1;进样口温度220℃,MS检测器。结果:海狗油中共鉴定出16个化合物,占海狗油总量的94.19%。主要成分和有效成分为十四碳酸(4.55%)、十六碳酸(8.13%)、十六碳烯酸(17.55%)、油酸(25.75%)、二十碳烯酸(11.19%)、二十碳五烯酸(6.82%)、二十二碳烯酸(2.38%)、二十二碳五烯酸(4.16%)和二十二碳六烯酸(7.94%)。结论:本法可靠,可用于鉴别测定这类产品的真伪。Objective:The polyunsaturated fatty acids in Harp Seal Oil were analyzed by GC-MS.Method:The oil was refined from Harp Seal and analyzed by gas chromatography.The amount of the chemical components was determined by normalization method.Chromatographic conditions were:HP- INNOWAX capillary column(25m×0.320mm,0.25μm), column temperature:150℃(1min)15℃·min^(-1) 200 ℃ (0 min)2℃·min^(-1) 250℃ (5min),split injection,split ratio 10:1,injector temperature:220℃ ,MS Detector.Results:16 components were identified and the total amount of fatty acids accounted for 94.19% of total Harp Seal Oil.The main components were myristic acid(4.55%),palmitic acid(8.13%),palmitoleic acid(17.55%),oleic acid(25.75%),eicosenoic (11.19%), eicosapentaenoic acid(6.82%),erucic(2.38%), docosapentaenoic acid(4.16%), docosahexaenoic acid(7.94%).Conclusion:The method is reliable and can be applied to analyze the oil components from Harp Seal Oil.
