摘　　要：介绍混合集成弱电压温度信号处理电路的设计与制造。主要叙述核心子系统PCB电路小型化的优化设计,高密度模拟与数字开关电路的混合集成,研制过程出现的问题及采用的关键措施等。The design and fabrication of hybrid integrated weak voltage temperature signal processing circuit are described. The miniature optimum design of subsystem PCB, hybrid integration of high density analog/digital switching circuits, the problems occured in development and relative countermeasures are mainly introduced.
