猴头菌颗粒、胶体果胶铋、羟氨苄青霉素、克拉霉素联合治疗消化性溃疡的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究猴头菌颗粒,胶体果胶铋,羟氨苄青霉素,克拉霉素联合治疗消化性溃疡的应用价值。方法选取本院门诊消化性溃疡患者101例,随机分为两组,治疗组为猴头菌颗粒、胶体果胶铋、羟氨苄青霉素、克拉霉素四联合用药治疗消化性溃疡51例。对照组为奥美拉唑,羟氨苄青霉素、克拉霉素联合用药治疗消化性溃疡50例。结果对消化性溃疡治愈率治疗组96 1%,对照组92 0%,对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的根除率治疗组96 1%,对照组92 0%,两组差异无显著性(P> 0 05)。结论四联用药增强胃粘膜“保护因子”,抗Hp的作用和改善胃粘膜营养状态,促进胃粘膜细胞再生。对Hp的根除作用及其对溃疡愈合率均较理想,达到了临床较理想的效果。Objective:To study the therupeutical using value to pepeic ulcer by using hericium errinaceus granules,colloidal bismuth pectin,hydroxyl ammonia benzyl penicillin and clarithromycin together.Methods:101patients of pepeic ulcer are divided into two groups at random,treated group(51)adopt using hericium errinaceus granules,colloidal bismuth pectin,hydroxyl ammonia benzyl peniaillin and clarithromycin.Contrast group(50)adopt using omeprazole,hydroxyl ammonia benzyl penicillin and clarithramycin.Results:The cure rate of pepeic ulcer:Treated group is96.1%,contrast group is92.0%,it was no significant difference(P>0.05);the elimination rate to HP:Treated group is96.1%,contrast group is92.0%,it was no significant difference(P>0.058).Conclusion:Four jointly using drug strengthen'protect factor'of the stomach mucous memˉbrane,strengthen the fact of anti-HP,and improve the stomach mucous mombrane nutrition state,promote the cell's regeneration of mucous membrne of stomack.The elimination function on HP and the cure rate of ulcer are relatiuely ideal,reach more ideal clinical result.
