摘 要:目的 探讨不同周期光暗循环对小鼠生长的影响。方法 在不同周期的光暗循环条件下饲养小鼠。测定其活动性、生长速度及鼠粮消耗量。结果 小鼠活动性周期与光暗循环周期一致 ;在短周期的光暗循环下 ,小鼠生长速度较快 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,鼠粮消耗较多 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,长周期次之 ,而 2 4小时光暗循环生长速度最慢。结论 光暗循环能影响小鼠活动周期 ;并能影响小鼠的生长速度。Objective To investigate the effect of different light-dark cycles on the growth and activity of mice. Methods 180 ICR mice were divided into three groups. During four weeks the mice were exposed to one of three light-dark cycle regimes: light-dark cycles (LD )5/5, LD12/12 and LD 16/16. The locomotor activity was recorded continuously and analyzed by a computer. Growths of mice were measured every week. Results The biological rhythms of locomotor activity in those mice were synchronized with the relative light-dark cycles. The mice in LD12/12 group grew slower than those of other groups. Conclusion The light-dark cycles of different period can influence the activity cycle and growth of mice.
