摘 要:测定了椰心叶甲各虫态的过冷却点、结冰点。各虫态以卵的过冷却点和冰点最低 ,分别为 - 2 3 2 7± 0 1℃和 - 2 2 59± 0 0 9℃ ,均极显著低于其他各虫态 ;以 4龄幼虫的过冷却点和冰点最高 ,为 - 1 4 94± 0 2 8℃和 - 1 2 87± 0 1 4℃ ,各虫态过冷却点按从低到高的顺序排列为 :卵 <1龄幼虫 <5龄幼虫 <蛹 <2龄幼虫 <成虫 <3龄幼虫 <4龄幼虫 ;雌成虫过冷却点和冰点都低于雄成虫 ,两者的过冷却点差异不显著 ,而冰点呈显著差异 ;椰心叶甲不同发育期的蛹之间的过冷却点和结冰点差异不显著。Laboratory experiments were conducted to examine the s uper-cooling point and the freezing point for theBrontispa longissima. Among adult,egg,larva and pupa,the super-cooling point and the free zing point of egg were -23.27±0.1℃ and -22.59±0.09℃ respectively,which were lower than others and the difference was extremely significant.The super -cooling point and the freezing point of the 4 th instar larvae were -14. 94±0.28℃ and -12.87±0.14℃ respectively,which were higher than others but the difference was not significant except egg and the 1 st instar larvae. The sequence of super-cooling point from low to high is egg<the 1 st inst ar larvae<the 5 th instar larvae<pupa<the 2 nd instar larvae<adult <the 3 rd instar larvae<the 4 th instar larvae.The super-cooling p oint and freezing point of female adult were lower than male adult and the diffe rence of super-cooling point was significant while the difference of freezing p oint was not.The difference of pupas which were in different development period was not significant.
