小丛红景天化学成分的研究(Ⅰ)

摘　　要：研究了红景天属小丛红景天根茎的化学成分,从乙醚部分得到 6个化合物:分别是β- 谷甾醇(β -sitoster olⅠ),草质素 -8 -甲醚(herbacetin 8 methyletherⅡ),山柰酚(kaempferolⅢ),山柰酚- 7- Ο -α-鼠李糖苷(kaempferol -7 -α- L -rhamnosideⅣ),胡萝卜苷(β stosterolglucosideⅤ ),草质素- 7- O -α 鼠李糖苷 (herbacetin- 7 -α- L -rhamnosideⅥ )。其中化合物(Ⅰ)、(Ⅱ)和(Ⅲ)为首次从该植物中分离得到。The rhizoma samples of Rhodiola dumulosa were cut into fragments and extracted by 95% EtOH.This extract was successively extracted with Et 2O,EtOAc,n-BuOH.Six compounds were obtained from the Et 2O fraction.The structures of six compounds were identified.The compounds are β-sitosterol (Ⅰ),herbacetin-8-methyl ether (Ⅱ),kaemperol (Ⅲ),kaemperol-7-O-α-L-rhamnoside (Ⅳ),β-sitosterol glucoside (Ⅴ),herbacetin-7-α-L-rhamnoside (Ⅵ).β-sitosterol,herbacetin-8-methyl ether and kaemperol of compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
