摘　　要：研究目的对在职职业中专毕业生（以下简称“职业生”）的心理需要进行调查，探讨有关因素的影响，为开展心理卫生工作和心理咨询提供依据和对策。研究背景职业中专教育正在我国蓬勃发展，为适应市场经济体制的需要，试图通过本研究寻求职业中等教育与市场经济接轨的有效途径。研究方法对168例在职职业生进行3方面29个问题的问卷笔答，将结果进行统计学处理。结果职业生所处的环境、教育、年龄和婚姻情况，对其心理需要有一定的影响。结论在职职业生的心理需要层次较高，求知欲强，乐于从事现任工作，但专业思想欠牢固。Psychic needs were investigated and effects of relative factors were studied in the students at their posts of secondary vocational school (abbreviation: prefessional student) to provide bases and countermeasures for extending the psychological hygiene and consultation.Background Prefessional secondary education is vividly developing in our contry. Authors purpose was to explore the effective joining ways of prefessional secondary school and market economics in order to fit in the need of market economics system.Methods One hundred and sixty-ueight prefessional students at their posts were asked to answer the questionaire including 29 items belonging to 3 aspects writing answers and handing in on the spot. The results were statistically treated.Results Psychic needs of prefessional students were affected by their enviroment,education, age and marital state.Conclution The students of secondary vocational school at their posts have higher psychic needs, strong thirsts for knowledge, and are ready to the present work, but their prefessional thought are not unbreakable.
