摘　　要：目的　评价一种新型无冠套固定桥式牙种植体实验应用的近远期疗效。方法　建立家兔牙缺失模型,分别种植传统牙种植体和无冠套固定桥牙种植体,观测其近、远期疗效的成功率。结果　结果发现远期疗效中,无冠套固定桥式牙种植体的成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论　采用无冠套固定桥式种植牙修复方法,使种植义齿与邻牙相联结,减少种植牙对牙槽骨的压力,提高牙种植术的成功率。Objective To evaluate the curative effect of crownless bridge works dental implant.Methods To observate the survival rate of crownless bridge works dental implant on rabbit models.Results The survival rate of crownless bridge works dental implant is higher than antitheses.Conclusion Crownless bridge works dental implant can reduce the pressure to the bone and improve the succeeding of implant.
