摘　　要：目的探讨nm23基因蛋白在小儿肾母细胞瘤中的表达及其与肿瘤临床分期、组织结构型、淋巴结转移关系,为判断预后提供依据。方法应用免疫组织化学技术(S-P法)检测24例小儿肾母细胞瘤中nm23基因蛋白表达情况。结果在24例小儿肾母细胞瘤标本中,I、II期及无转移组nm23基因蛋白表达明显高于III期及转移组。nm23基因蛋白阳性表达与肿瘤转移抑制正相关,与肾母细胞瘤分期负相关(P<0.05)。结论检测小儿肾母细胞瘤中nm23基因蛋白表达水平,对评价肿瘤细胞生物学行为,预测肿瘤进展有重要意义。Objective To explore the relationship between the nm23 gene expresion and the clinical staging, typing of histology, metastasis of Wilm's tumor in children. So we can afford a base for Wilm's tumor's diagnosis and prognosis. Methods The protein expressions of nm23 gene in 24 cases of Wilm's tumor were detected with S-P immunohistochemical method. Results The positive rate of stage I, II and non-metastatic group was higher than that of stage III and metastatic group. There was a negative relationship between positive expression of nm23 and the clinical stage and metastasis rate of lymph node of the tumor (P<0.05). Conclusions Detecting the proteins expressive level of nm23 gene in Wilm's tumor have certain reference value for evaluating the biological behavior and predicting tumor recurrence and progression.
