摘　　要：分析了时代发展和社会变革,以及大学生思想日趋个性化、多元化对高校德育工作产生的影响,并结合实际,从增强大学生思想政治教育的时代感、针对性、影响力和长效性等方面,对加强大学生德育实效性的有效途径进行了探讨.With the development of the times and transformation of the society, university students' ideas tend to be individual and diversified, which brings about new challenge to the work of university's ideological and political education effectively. Combined with the reality, an effective way to strengthen the actual effect of university's ideological and political education, in the aspect of strengthening their sense of times, focus, influence and long-duration is discussed.
