A Probe into the Enterprise Informatization

摘　　要：考察了我国企业信息化的发展态势,并选用国内外企业信息化的实例,论证了企业信息化的运作要点:以提高企业的效益和竞争力为目标;以企业管理的规范和优化为基础;以企业的产出为重点;以信息服务的社会化和产业化为方向;以提高人员素质为根本。还引述和分析了信息技术生产率悖论问题、学院科学与后学院科学问题。This paper investigate the current situation of the development of Chinese enterprises' informatization. We selected Chinese and foreign enterprise informatization cases to demonstrate the essential operational elements of enterprise as following: the objective is to achieve enterprise profit goals and raise competitive capability. The foundation is to normalize and optimize the enterprise management. The key point is the enterprise output. The direction is to socialize and industrialize the information service. The fundamental task is to raise staff's quality. The paper also cites and analyzes the IT productivity paradox and the academic science, post-academic science in order to utilize the beneficial aspects and avoid the negative effects of the enterprise informatization.
