摘 要:抽油机井示功仪测试的上、下漏失曲线反映了抽油杆在静止状态下的受力.本文提出了利用漏失曲线计算悬点静载荷的方法,分析了上、下漏失曲线的载荷组成;建立了测试上、下漏失曲线时抽油杆的受力平衡方程;通过对方程的分析,得到抽油杆自重、泵出口压力、液柱载荷以及抽油杆所受浮力的计算公式.分析了用传统方法计算抽油杆柱自重和泵出口压力时产生较大误差的原因.该方法测试数据简单,计算结果更符合实际.所得到的参数对油井工况诊断和油井工艺方案设计具有重要作用.The leakage curves in the indicator diagram of a pumping well reflect the forces born by the sucking rod in static state. A method is put forward by which the static hanging load of the sucker rod in a pumping well is computed by means of leakage curves. The constitutions of the loads in up-leakage curve and down-leakage curve are analyzed; the mechanical equilibrium equations of sucker rod at top dead point and bottom dead point are established; the formulas for computing the weight of sucker rod, the pressure at pump exit, the weight of liquid column and the buoyancy of sucker rod are get by the analyses of the two equations. Why the greater errors will be produced in computing the weight of sucker rod and the pressure at pump exit by traditional method is analyzed. The measurement of preliminary data is simple and the computed results tally with the actual situation when this method is used. The computed parameters are of importance to the condition diagnosis and the technology design of the pumping well.
