摘 要:文章收集了中国268个单位用氰化高铁血红蛋白(HiCN)法测定的25917例中年女性血红蛋白参考值,运用非线性回归分析的方法,研究了其与地理因素的关系,发现中年女性血红蛋白参考值与地理因素之间有很显著的相关关系,得到一个多元非线性回归方程。因此知道了某地的地理因素,就可以用非线性回归方程估算这个地区的血红蛋白参考值。依据血红蛋白参考值与地理因素的依赖关系可以把中国分为青藏区、西南区、西北区、东南区、华北区、东北区六个区,为制定中年女性血红蛋白参考值的统一标准提供科学了依据。A research is made about the relationship between the reference value of 25 917 examples of (Chinese) healthy middlescent women's hemoglobin and five geographical factors in 268 areas in China. The (normal) reference value is determined by the hemoglobin cyanide method. Authors find that the correlation of (geographical) factors and the reference value of Chinese middlescent women's hemoglobin are quite significant (F=213.56). Applying the method of nonlinear regression analysis, one regression equation is obtained. Authors get the conclusion that if geographical values are obtained in some areas, the reference value of Chinese (middlescent) women's hemoglobin of this area can be reckoned using nonlinear regression equations. (Furthermore,) according to the similarity of the reference value of Chinese middlescent women's hemoglobin, taking the altitude as the main grouping factor and considering effects of other geographical factors and (population) distribution, China can be divided into six regions: Qingzang, Southwest, Northwest, Southeast, North and Northeast region. It provides a basis for uniting the reference value standard of Chinese middlescent women's hemoglobin level.
