摘　　要：给出了一个广义对称矩阵的充要条件,并给出了秩为1的广义对称矩阵的结构。This paper introduces the definition of generalized symmetric matrix, gives the equivalent condition of generalized symmetric matrices. While rank(A)=1, the structure of this kind of matrices is also given.
