摘　　要：职业“更年期”是人们职业转折最主要的一个时期,分析高校教师职业“更年期”的心理状态,并针对这些问题提出教师职业“更年期”的心理调适方法,对于做好教师从职业生涯平缓地过渡到退休生活具有重要的意义。The menopause in profession is a critical time in profession transition. By analyzing the psychological conditions of the teachers in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward some adjusting measures, which has significant meanings for teachers’ stable and slow transition from profession career to retirement life.
