摘　　要：基于Matlab的神经网络和遗传算法,对新型Al 10%Pb 钢背复合轴瓦材料的连铸生产工艺进行了优化研究。结果表明,采用优化的工艺,在所获得的Al Pb合金层组织中,Pb相颗粒细小,弥散分布,无偏析,性能好。The optimize researching on continuous-casting processes of Al-Pb-steel bearing material based on GA and BP network at matlab was introduced. The results indicate that with the optimized process, the fine Pb grains are dispersionless in the microstructure and the properties are excellent.
