早产儿周围静脉营养45例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨周围静脉营养在早产儿治疗中的应用价值及安全性.方法将94例早产儿随机分为观察组(45例)和对照组(49例),观察组经周围静脉用微电脑输液泵在16～24 h内均匀输入静脉营养液,对照组给予一般综合治疗.结果观察组患儿生后4～8 d体重开始增加,每天增重10～33 g,平均(24.22±8.61)g,对照组于生后8～14 d开始增加体重,每天增重8～19 g,平均(14.53±4.26)g,两组比较差异有显著意义(P＜0.01).观察组发生并发症8例(17.77%),对照组23例(46.93%),两组比较差异有显著意义(P＜0.01).观察组患儿死亡2例(4.44%),对照组7例(14.28%),两组比较差异有显著意义(P＜0.05).结论周围静脉营养能使早产儿更早更快的增加体重,减少并发症,降低死亡率,提高早产儿的存活率和生存质量.Objective To discuss the application value and safety peripheral intravenous alimentation at premature infant's under medical treatment.Methods 94 premature infants were divided into two groups:observed group(45 cases) and control group(49 cases).Fluids for venous nutrition was even infused in the observed group through peripheral vein with micro-computer infusion pump in 16～24 hours.The control group was given generally treatment.Results The weight of the infants in the observed group began to increase after having been born for 4～8 days.Weight gain was 10～33g[average (24.22±8.61)g] every day;In the control group,it began to increase after having been born for 8～14 days.Weight gain was 8～19g[average (14.53±4.26)g] every day.There was significant difference(P<0.01) between two groups.The percentage of complication was 17.7%(8/45),however,it was 46.93%(23/49) in the control group.The two groups have significant difference(P<0.01).The percentage of death was 4.44%(2/45),but it was 14.28(7/49).The two groups have significant difference,too(P<0.05).Conclusion Parenteral nutrition can make the premature infant more earlier and faster increase weight,reduce the complications,and lower the death rate,and increase the surviving rate of premature infant with existing the good quality.Peripheral intravenous alimentation operation is simple and safe.
