摘　　要：目的　观察胃舒散中碱式碳酸铋的稳定性。方法　采用络合滴定法测定胃舒散中碱式碳酸铋的含量,用初匀速法对胃舒散中碱式碳酸铋的稳定性进行研究。结果　胃舒散中碱式碳酸铋的热解反应活化能为23.95 kcal/mol,室温(25℃)的贮存期为243 d。结论　采用初匀速法测定胃舒散中碱式碳酸铋的稳定性是切实可行的,可作为制剂的质量控制方法。Objective To observe the stability of bismuth subcarbonte in weishusan preparation.Methods The content and the stability of bismuth subcarbonte in weishusan preparation were determined by complexometric titration and the initial average rate method respectively.Results The activation energy for pyrolytic reaction of bismuth subcarbonte in weishusan preparation was 23.95kcal/mol,the shelflife of bismuth subcarbonte in weishusan preparation at room temperature(25℃) were 243 days.Conclusion The determination of the stability of bismuth subcarbonte in weishusan preparation with initial average rate method is useful and simple and can be used in quality control of weishusan preparation.
