摘　　要：目的评价和比较阴式与腹式子宫肌瘤挖除术的临床效果.方法选择2003年12月～2004年8月在我科行阴式子宫肌瘤挖除术的患者22例(阴式组),与同期行腹式子宫肌瘤挖除术的35例(腹式组)进行比较,评价两组的临床效果.结果两组出血量的差异无显著性(P＞0.05),阴式组的手术时间、术后住院时间及术后排气时间明显短于腹式组(P＜0.05).结论阴式子宫肌瘤挖除术与腹式子宫肌瘤挖除术相比,具有一定优点,值得临床推广.Objective To assess and compare the clinical efficacy of vaginal and abdominal myomectomy for uterine myoma. Methods 22 patients with uterine myomas who received vaginal myomectomies in our Department of Gynecology from December 2003 to August 2004 were assessed, 35 cases who received routine abdominal myomectomies during the same period were taken as controls. The differences of clinical efficacy were analyzed. Results There was no significant difference of blood loss between the two groups (P> 0.05). However, the operation duration, the duration of hospitalization after operation and flatus from anus in the vaginal myomectomy group were significantly shorter than those in the abdominal myomectomy groups (P< 0.05). Conclusions Vaginal myomectomy has some advantages over abdominal myomectomy, worthy to be recommanded
