摘　　要：当时间成为第一成功要素时,仅凭单个企业难以实现迅捷的资源聚集以抓住短暂的市场机遇,虚拟企业成为很好的解决方案。但对虚拟企业而言,运营风险并没有因组建虚拟企业而消失,只是由原来的单个企业承担变为多个企业承担;另外虚拟企业的关系风险因多利益体的原因而难以采用低成本的风险控制策略,更多的是强调协调。激励与约束是降低风险的一种更为有效的形式。Once time becomes the key element of success,it is difficult for single enterprise to realize fast resource assembling while gaining quick market opportunity.In this case dynamic alliance becomes a very good solution.But for virtual enterprise,the operation risk has not disappeared during setting up the alliances,which demands the common undertaking of all enterprises instead of individual enterprise.The other risk is the difficulty of adopting low-cost risk control strategy because of multiplying interests body,which put emphasis on coordination.Encouragement and restraints are thus other effective ways of reducing risks.It is important to research on some concrete restraintive measures.
