对乙酰氨基酚在急性脑卒中治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨对乙酰氨基酚(扑热息痛)对急性脑卒中患者体温和神经功能的影响。方法将58例急性脑卒中患者随机分为两组,治疗组口服对乙酰氨基酚650mg,每4小时1次;对照组应用安慰剂,疗程均为1周。比较两组患者治疗前后体温和脑卒中评分变化。结果治疗组体温明显下降,3个月后脑卒中评分明显提高,与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论急性脑卒中早期应用对乙酰氨基酚对患者有益。Objective To study the effect of acetaminophen on temperature and neurological defects in acute stroke.Methods 58 patients with acute stroke were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group were given oral acetaminophen 650 mg and control group were administered placebo for 1 week.The temperature and neurological defects were compared.Results The temperature was significantly decreased and 3 months later the neurological defects in treatment group were obviously improved,as compared with control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Acetaminophen is beneficial to acute stroke patients.
