摘　　要：通过运用委托代理理论分析传统的企业层级结构的特征、问题,可以看出企业组织结构的变革是提高企业适应经济环境变化的一种重要手段,而网络化、扁平化以及柔性化发展则是传统的层级组织结构的发展方向。Through analyzing the characters and problems of traditional hierarchic structure of enterprises based on Principal-Agent Theory, we can conclude that the transformation of enterprise’s organizational structure is an important way to improve enterprise’s adaptability to the changes of economic environment, and the developing to a net, flat and flexible organizational structure is the direction of the traditional hierarchic structure.
