摘　　要：随着网络和信息技术在高校图书馆的广泛运用,文献信息载体和文献信息内容多样化的发展,高校图书馆的文献信息组织方式发生了深刻的变化。论述了分编人员为了适应这些变化而进行继续教育的必要性,提出了高校图书馆分编人员继续教育的方法、措施和具体内容。Along with the widespread availability of the network technique and information technique in university library and the multiplicity development of the carriers and contents of the literature information, the literature information-organizing mode of university library has been changed greatly. This paper discusses on the necessity of the continuous education for the sorting and cataloging personnel to fit in with these changes, and puts forward the methods, measures and concrete contents of the continuous education for the sorting and cataloging personnel of university library.
