43例胃癌合并糖尿病围手术期治疗分析

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病病人在胃癌围手术期的治疗效果.方法对1998年4月～2003年4月间该科收治的胃癌合并糖尿病病例作回顾性分析.结果43例病人围手术期血、尿糖均有效控制在接近正常范围,术后各并发症发生率较低.结论对于胃癌合并糖尿病,应重视围手术期血糖控制,合理使用抗生素,加强营养支持,维持内环境稳定,可使手术达到理想效果.To evaluate the perioperative treatment effect of the patients with gastric cancer complicated with diabetes. A restrospective study of patients with gastric cancer complicated with diabetes during April, 1998~April, 2003 was under inspection. For all the 43 cases, whose perioperative blood glucose were controlled in the normal range, the rate of postoperative complications was lower. [Conclusion] For patients of gastric cancer complicated with diabetes, the operative results were satisfactory if the control of perioperative blood glucose is regarded, antibiotic is used reasonably, nutrition sustain is reinforced and homeostasis is maintained.
