摘　　要：随着现代高等教育的急速发展,诸多全新的教育现象和迭现的教育冲突不断提出新的法律要求。随着越来越多的诉讼官司、越来越大的司法审计压力、越来越严的新闻舆论监督、越来越高的国际要求,依法治校刻不容缓。学法,是依法治校的前提;建章,是依法治校的基石;守制,是依法治校的关键。With the rapid development of high education, the ever increasing new situations and conflicts call for lawful means to solve. With the growing lawsuits, judicial audition, news medium supervision and requirements for the international standards, it is essential to learn about law, set up regulations and abide by them so that we can manage high education on law-basis.
