摘　　要：模糊语是一种存在于人类语言交际中的语言现象。通过阐述它在中英两种语言中的运用,探讨其基本特征、产生的原因、表现形式及语用功能。Fuzzy language is a linguistic phenomenon existing in human communication. By elaborating its use in Chinese and English, the article examines the basic features of the fuzzy language, the reasons for its existence, its forms as well as its pragmatic functions.
