摘　　要：腐败是以公权谋私利的行为,其本质就是行贿人员与少数官员个人利益实现的过程。从经济学角度来看,人都是理性经济人,不断追求利益最大化,而某些不够规范的政府行为在客观上为权力的寻租提供了机会。减少腐败现象最关键的就是要完善市场经济体制,规范政府权力范围,减少寻租机会,杜绝腐败源头。The essence of corruption is the profit-realized process between briber and government official. In respect of economics people are always pursuing the biggest profit and the government provides oppoortunies for them by rent seeking. So the key to reducing corruption is to improve the system of merket economy, limit the goverment's power, lessen the opportunity for rent seeking and exterminate the source of corruption.
