摘　　要：介绍了一种基于实时操作系统RTOS(Real鄄TimeOperationSystem)和数字信号处理器DSP(DigitalSignalProcessor)的中低压线路保护装置,它由模拟输入通道、CPU主板、开入/开出通道、电源4个模块组成,适用于35kV不接地或小电流接地系统。装置硬件采用TMS320LF2407A,软件采用μC/OS-Ⅱ操作系统。保护功能有三段过电流保护、反时限过流保护、三相一次检无压自动重合闸等。装置还没有专用的测量电流互感器,可实现远程/就地控制、故障录波等功能。装置集成有RS-485,CAN和以太网,可满足变电站综合自动化的需要。A protection device based on RTOS(Real-Time Operation System) and DSP(Digital Sig-nal Processor) for mid- & low-voltage line is introduced,which is suitable for 35 kV non-grounding or small current grounding system. It is composed of analog input channels,CPU mainboard,binary input / output channels and power supply. TMS320LF2407A is adopted as hardware,and μC / OS -Ⅱoperating system as software. The protection functions include three-section over-current protection,inverse-time over-current protection,three-phase one-shot no-voltage auto-recloser and so on. A de-dicated current transformer is applied for remote / local control and fault recording. RS- 485,CAN and Ethernet are available to satisfy substation automation.
