摘 要:目的 观察常通口服液对大鼠肠粘连模型血TNF-α、IL-4水平的影响。方法 选用SD雄性大鼠,随机分为6组:正常 对照组、模型对照组、四磨汤组及常通口服液低、中、高剂量组。除正常对照组外,其余大鼠均按Ellis法制备成肠粘连模型。常通中 剂量组与模型对照组于术后第1、3、5、7、9天采血,其余各组于术后第7天取血,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定TNF-α、IL-4水平。结 果 与正常对照组比较,模型对照组TNF-α显著升高(P<0.001),而IL-4无显著性变化(P>0.05);与模型对照组比较,常通低、中、 高剂量组TNF-α含量均显著降低(P<0.01~0.001),而IL-4水平无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论 TNF-α与肠粘连形成有关,可作为 粘连形成的一种标志物。Objective To observe the effect of Changtong Oral Liquid (CTOL) on serum TNF-α and IL-4 levels in rats with postoperative intestinal adhesion. Methods Sprague-Dawley (SD) male rats were randomly divided into six groups: normal control, no treatment control, Simo Oral Liquid (SOL) group, and CTOL group (minimal, medium and maximal dosages). Except for normal control group, intestinal adhesions were produced in all the other rats with the method of Ellis. The blood samples of rats with CTOL medium dosage and no treatment group were collected on the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th and 9th day, and that of the rest was drawn on day 7 after surgery for the determination of TNF-α and IL-4 levels. Results The serum TNF-α levels were higher in no treatment rats compared with the normal controls (P<0.001). CTOL in different dosages could decrease the serum levels of TNF-α (P<0.01), but showed no significant effect on serum IL-4 levels (P>0.05). Conclusions TNF-α was closely related to adhesion formation, and it may be regarded as a marker of adhesion formation.
