摘　　要：省级护理学会(以下简称“学会”)具有承上启下的功能。其功能通过以下途径实现:把握学术活动方向,带动适时有序的学术活动;强化护理人员的职业形象和专业素质;采取多种措施,积极发展会员队伍;加强自身素质建设,使学会工作进入科学的管理轨道。The Provincial Nursing Association plays an intermediate role in the development of nursing profession and it has many ways to achieve its functions,such as directing the holding of timely and regular nursing academic activities by guiding their orientation;intensifying nurses' professional image and diathesis;developing the members of nursing association by taking various measures;strengthening the quality of nursing association and running it by scientific management.
