艾迪注射液及联合应用化疗药物抑制人卵巢癌细胞株A2780增殖的研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨艾迪注射液对人卵巢癌细胞株A2 780增殖的影响及与多种化疗药物的协同作用。方法 :采用MTT法测定艾迪注射液与 4种化疗药物单独及联用对A2 780细胞的增殖抑制作用 ,运用流式细胞仪测定艾迪注射液对A2 780细胞周期的影响及凋亡率。结果 :艾迪注射液可抑制A2 780细胞增殖 ,其抑制作用呈剂量和时间依赖性 ,并可诱导细胞凋亡。低浓度的艾迪注射液与化疗药物联用 ,可产生较强的抑制细胞增殖的作用。结论 :艾迪注射液具有直接抗肿瘤作用 ,对化疗药物协同作用的机制可能与其诱导细胞凋亡有关。Objective:To investigate the effect of Aidi injection(Ai di) on the proliferation of human ovarian cancer cell line A2780 and the synerge tic effect of Aidi and several chemotherapy drugs in vitro.Method: The effect of Aidi and four chemotherapy drugs on ovarian carcinoma A2780 c ells was detected by MTT assay and flow cytometry.Results:Aidi was effective in inhibiting the proliferation and inducing the apoptosis of A27 80 cells,which was in a dose- and time-dependent manner.Aidi in low concentrat i on had synergetic effect with several chemotherapy drugs.Conclusions: Aidi has a direct anticancer effect and the synergetic antiproliferative effect with chemotherapy drugs may be relative to its cell apoptosis-inducing.
