摘　　要：目的 探讨鼻内镜下联合进路摘除上颌窦前下壁囊肿的方法。方法 表麻及局麻下,鼻内及柯一陆 氏切口联合入路,经鼻内镜直视下完整摘除上颌窦前下壁囊肿。结果 全部病例均一次性手术摘除囊肿,经3个 月到12个月鼻内镜或鼻窦CT复查,原有的囊肿及临床症状消失,窦内粘膜正常,无复发病例,治愈率100％。结 论 提示鼻内镜下联合进路手术摘除位于上颌窦前下壁的囊肿,是彻底治愈本病,防止囊肿复发的一种比较理 想的方法,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the method of removing cyst of front and inferior wall of maxillary sinus by way of Conbined procedures under endoscope. Methods Under surface and local anestheaia, the cyst of front and inferior wall of maxillary sinus were removed perfectly by way of conbined nasal cavity and Caldwell-luc procedure. Results All patients's cyst were all successfully removed. Intrinsic cyst and patients' symptoms disappered, no reccurence and normal sinus mucosa observed after 3 to 12months follow-up by endoscope and nasal sinus CT, curative rate 100%. Conclusions The method of removing cyst of front and inferior wall of maxillary sinus by way of Conbined procedures under endoscope was perfect to cure the disease entirely and prevent cyst reccurence.
