摘　　要：目的　探讨LASIK术前眼底检查的重要性。方法　对LASIK术前 2834眼扩瞳后行眼底检查并作详细眼底记录。结果　因发现眼底并发症明显而暂缓手术者共 4 6眼 ( 1 . 6 2 % ) ,其中视网膜裂孔 2 0眼 ( 0 .71 % ) ,视网膜退行性病变 2 3眼 ( 0. 81 % ) ,眼底出血 3眼 ( 0. 1 1 % )。结论　LASIK术前扩瞳后详细检查眼底是非常重要和必不可少的。Objective To explore the importance of the examination in retina before excimer laser in keratomileusis(LASIK).Methods The retina of 2834 eyes were examined and recorded accurate.Results retina complication was detected in 46 eyes(1 62%),retinal break in 20 eyes(0 71%),retinal degeneration in 23 eyes(0 81%),retina hemorrhage in 3 eyes(0 11%).Conclusions It is improtant to examine the retina routinely before excimer laser in keratomileusis(LASIK).
