严重穿孔性眼外伤玻璃体手术治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨玻璃体手术在治疗严重穿孔性眼外伤中的临床应用。方法　对 3 8例 (3 8眼 )严重眼球穿孔伤行玻璃体手术的效果和手术时机进行回顾性分析。结果　术后视力较术前提高者 2 8例 (73 .68%) ,术后视力下降或不变者 10例 (2 6.3 2 %)。眼内异物 17例 (4 4 .74%)均一次成功摘出 ,10例复杂性视网膜脱离手术后复位 8例。结论　严格掌握玻璃体手术在治疗穿孔性眼外伤中的适应证及手术时机 ,能使大多数受伤眼球既达到解剖修复又恢复一定的有用视力。Objective To observe the clinical application of vitrectomy for severe penetrating ocular trauma. Methods Retrospective review of 38 cases (the surgical timing and effects) with vitrectomy for severe penetrating ocular trauma. Results The postoperative visual acuities of 28 cases were better than of preoperation (73.68%), All of the 17 cases of intraocular foreign body were removed successfully in the first operation. 8 of the 10 cases with total retinal detachment were gained good reposition. Conclusion The majority of traumatic eyeballs could be saved and effective vision could be restored by the strict selection of proper operative indications and opportunities.
