摘　　要：目的　观察前列腺素E1在心肺联合移植手术中的保护效果。方法　通过联合采用低温肺保护液对供体肺行肺动脉灌注 ,取得良好的肺保护效果。结果　术后患者未出现严重肺部并发症、感染及重度排斥反应。现患者已健康存活 45 8d。结论　在心肺移植术中联合应用前列腺素E1及低温肺保护液肺动脉灌注具有良好的肺保护效果。Objective To observe the role of PGE 1 in heart-lung transplantation. Methods PGE 1 combined with modified LPD solution as the lung flush solution of the donor was applied in heart-lung transplantation. Results PGE 1 combinded with modified LPD solution provided the excellent effect of lung pretection. The patient survived over one year after heart-lung transplantation, and never occurred severe infection, lung disfunction and severe graft rejection. Conclusion The combination use of PGE 1 and modified LPD solution as the lung flush solution in heart-lung transplantation possessed a excellent protective effect for lung.
