多层螺旋CT三期强化扫描在诊断眼眶海绵状血管瘤中的价值

摘　　要：目的 :研究眼眶海绵状血管瘤的CT表现 ,探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)三期强化扫描在诊断眼眶海绵状血管瘤中的应用价值。方法 :1 3例眼眶海绵状血管瘤患者 ,均行MSCT平扫及三期强化扫描。结果 :8例肿瘤密度均匀 ,5例显示钙化 ;1 0例肿瘤显示不均质“渐进样强化” ,3例显示均质持续性强化。结论 :MSCT三期强化扫描能有效诊断眼眶海绵状血管瘤 ,“渐进性强化”和持续性强化是具有诊断意义的重要征象。Objective:To study the CT findings and evaluate the value of MSCT three phases enhanced scan in the diagnosis of orbital cavernous hemangioma.Methods:13 patients with orbital cavernous hemangioma underwent plain scan and three phases enhanced scan of MSCT.Results:The density of 8 tumors were homogeneous, and calcification was seen in 5 tumors; 10 cases of tumors demonstrated inhomogeneously “progressive enhancement', and 3 cases of tumors showed homogeneously continuous enhancement.Conclusion:MSCT three phases enhanced scan can effectively diagnose the orbital cavernous hemangioma,“progressive enhancement' and continuous enhancement are the important sign with diagnostic significance.
