腺样囊性癌转移与Ⅰ型胶原蛋白表达的关系

摘　　要：目的:研究腺样囊性癌Ⅰ型胶原蛋白的产生与其转移的关系。方法:用半定量 RT PCR和免疫荧光染色比较转移性腺样囊性癌细胞株ACCM和非转移性细胞株ACC2Ⅰ型胶原 mRNA和蛋白量的不同。结果: 转移性腺样囊性癌细胞株ACCM的mRNA水平和荧光染色强度高。结论:Ⅰ型胶原蛋白的高表达与腺样性囊性癌的转移关系密切。Objective: To inverstigate the relationship of expression of collagen typeⅠ with the metastatic phenotype of adenoid cystic carcinoma(ACC). Methods: The gene level and protein synthesis were compared between metastatic ACC cell line ACCM and non-metastatic cell line ACC2 using semi-quantitative RT-PCR and immnunofluorescence. Results: ACCM produced more collagenⅠ than ACC2 did. Conclusion: Overexpression of collagenⅠ may be related to metastasis of ACC.
