摘　　要：目的:探讨Bcl 2与血管瘤发生、发展的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学和原位杂交的方法,对临床收集的49例血管瘤标本(包括增生期血管瘤27例,退化期血管瘤22例)以及正常皮肤对照 5 例进行 Bcl 2 表达水平的检测。结果:发现Bcl 2在血管瘤增生期的表达高于退化期,差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论:Bcl 2 可能在血管瘤的内皮细胞的异常过度增生中起着重要的作用。Objective: To investigate the relationship between Bcl-2 and the growth of hemangioma. Methods: Forty-nine cases of specimens collected in operation were studied by means of immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization, of which twenty seven cases were proliferating hemangioma and twenty two were involuting hemangioma. Other five specimens were from nomal skin. The expression of Bcl-2 in hemangioma were detected by immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization. Results: Expression of Bcl-2 was significantly higher in the proliferating hemangiomas than in involuting hemangomas (P<0.01). Conclusion: Bcl-2 plays an important role in the proliferation of human hemangiomas.
