摘 要:试验用不同浓度的Na_2S_2O_5处理生豆粕,进行适宜水平研究。结果表明,当生豆粕TIA和UA分别为29.72酶活单位和1.90ApH时,分别用0.3%、0.4%、0.5%和0.6%Na_2S_2O_5处理RSBM,TIA依次降低了5l.8%、55.96%、59.83%和52.05%,均极显著地低于RSBM(P<0.01)。0.3%Na_2S_2O_5对UA无影响,其它处理UA提高约0.06ApH。生豆粕日粮显著抑制内用仔鸡生长,使生产性能下降,胰腺极显著肿大(比熟豆粕大1倍),腹脂率提高,十二指肠液蛋白酶活性下降,日粮粗蛋白质真实利用率降低。用0.4~0.6%Na_2S_2O_5处理生豆粕饲喂肉仔鸡,肉鸡胰腺肿大得到明显缓解(P<0.01),增重、饲料报酬、十二指肠液蛋白酶活性及粗蛋白质真实利用率各项指标均显著提高,然而各组试验鸡肝脏相对重量无明显差异,肉眼观察未见明显病变。以综合指数Y为总指标,依据相关系数的性质,以生豆粕为对照,综合体重(X_1)、胰腺相对重量(X_2)、豆粕TIA(X_3)和粗蛋白质真实利用率(X_4)的相对值为一体,比较评价各Na_2S_2O_5浓度处理生豆粕的效果。结果表明,当?Raw Sovbean meal(RSBM)treated with 0.3%,0.4%,0.5%and 0.6%Na_2S_2O_5respectively was fed to the one-day-old broilers to select optimal level of Na_2S_2O_5 Theresults of the experiment showed that 0.3~0.6%Na_2S_2O_5 inactivated 5l.8%, 55.98%,59.18%and 52.05%TIA in raw soybean meal respectively.With the exception of0.30%Na_2S_2O_5,the other levels of Na_2S_2O_5 resulted in 0.06 pH increace in ureaseactivitv of raw sovbean meal. Broilers fed the diet containing raw soybean meal not only decreased the growthrate and increased the pancrea:size (about one time larger than those fed heatedsoybean meal),but also depressed the proteolytic activity in the small intestine andture utilizable rate of protein and increased the abdominal fat content significantly.The body weight gain and feed conversion efficiency of the broilers fed on RSBMtreated by 0.4~0.6%Na_2S_2O_5 were improved markedly and the pancreas hypertrophyof them depressed.The livers of them lvere not influenced by RSBM plus Na_2S_2O_5Proteolytic activity in the small intistine and true utilizable rate of protein increasedto the level of those fedon the diet containing heated soybean meal. Synthetical index(SI), which was a sum of relative value of lVeight gain,relativeweight of pancreas,TIA and true utilizable rate of protein, was adopted in selectingoptimal level of Na_2S_2O_5.When SI of the treatment of RSBM was equal to 0.00,theSI of 0.5%Na_2S_2O_5 equaled to 111.19.It was considered as an optimal level。
