牵开扩张骨生成技术在治疗后牙严重锁中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨牵张成骨术辅助解决后牙严重锁牙合的适应症、加力原则等问题。方法对后牙严重锁牙合患者,在全麻下采用骨皮质切开术,术后配合正畸力牵引矫治。结果锁牙合解决且疗程短,手术部位的牙槽骨密度未有降低。结论牵张成骨术配合正畸力是一种解决牙弓塌陷和后牙锁牙合等正畸疑难病例的有效方法。Objective To evaluate the distraction osteogenesis technique for the treatment lockbife of severe lockbite in posterior arches.Methods After performing a corticotomy under general anesthesia, the posterior lockbitex was resolveby using orthodontic elastics.Results The lockbife was resolved rapidly without discomfort or side effects.Conclusion Corticotomy-facilitated orthodontics is an effective method to correct the collapsed arch and severe posterior lockbite.
