摘　　要：目的探讨Twin -Block功能矫治器治疗功能性—骨性AngleⅢ类错牙合的临床疗效及矫治器评价。方法选择在第四军医大学口腔医院正畸科门诊求治的替牙期前牙反牙合患者2 0例,男8例,女12例。年龄最大11岁,最小7岁,平均年龄8.6岁。下颌可后退至切牙相对。每位患者矫治前及矫治完成后拍摄头颅侧位片。置活动Twin -Block功能矫治器。用Steiner方法测量矫治前及矫治完成后的头颅侧位片,做配对t检验。结果矫治一个月,患者前牙覆盖可达切牙对刃;矫治3～4个月,前牙覆盖达3mm左右。ANB角平均增加2 .5°(P <0 .0 1) SNA角平均增加2°(P <0 .0 1)。Twin -Block有促进上颌发育的作用。结论Twin -Block功能矫治器治疗功能性—骨性AngleⅢ类错牙合疗效显著。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of TwinBlock on correcting functional Angle malocclusion.Methods Twenty maloccluslon cases of mixed dentition, 8 males and 12 females, with anterior crossbite were selected. The mean age of the patients was 8.6 years old, ranging from 7-11 years old. The mandibles of all cases were treated. The cephalometry of pre-and post treatment were measured with 'Steiner' and analyzed by using a paired t-test. The malocclusions were corrected by TwinBlock.Results After 1 month treatment, the anterior overjet was incisor to incisor. After 3 to 4 months treatment, the anterior overjet reached to ~3mm . The average ANB increased ~2.5° (P<~0.01 ); the SNA increased ~2° (P<~0.01 ). Conclusion TwinBlock could accelerate the development of the maxillary bone structure. Correction of function-bone Angle malocclusion with TwinBlock shows positive results.
